Rooftop Chorus June 6, 2006 - Burnett MPR

Following a successful morning performance in the Koret Auditorium at the de Young Museum, the Rooftop Chorus appeared in front of a full house of family and friends at the Burnett MPR.

#1 - #5 feature the 1st - 3rd graders.  #6 added the 4th - 8th graders.  #7 - #10 feature the 4th - 8th graders.  The finale, #11, combined the voices, enthusiasm and power of all the kids from 1st grade through 8th grade.

The Chorus was under the direction of Lisa Quoresimo.

These recordings were made at the Burnett performance. As is usual for an event of this kind in a space like Burnett, the recordings vary in quality and how much you can hear. It's quite faithful to what really happened (the microphones where 3 seats left of center in the front row) so you should feel quite a bit like you are "there" while listening.
